1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased Try Instantly Fresh products from a retailer store or online store between 1 August 2019 and 31 December 2021.

2. On the day your order is delivered, email a customer care representative at support@tryinstantlyfresh.com a blank email with the subject header “90 Day Money-Back Guarantee”.

3. You must try our product for at least 70 days from date of purchase because it generally takes 7-11 treatments for users to see full results.

4. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our product, email a customer care representative via the same email chain sharing your review and money-back request.

5. Once approved, return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service 100 days from the date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative. All returns must be received by our fulfillment center between 70 and 100 days from the original purchase date.

6. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Real postage costs for the sending and return of our Handset are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.

7. Once returned, our product’s full purchase price will be refunded to you minus a $17.95 restocking fee.
